Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join
their Fulfillment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Support Public Sector Sales throughout the customer lifecycle and
analyze new sales orders for GovCloud purchases
Coordinate with Engineering teams for service delivery and run
quality control validations on cloud deals
Collaborate with teams to optimize delivery processes and manage
customer expectations regarding GovCloud services
Required Qualifications
US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain IL5 vetting
4-6 years of experience as a business process or operations
analyst
Strong customer service mentality focused on seamless purchase
fulfillment and delivery
Ability to take ownership and lead outcomes effectively
Experience in process design or optimization for scalable
operations
